Resilience

Our vision is to work with individuals, couples, and families in an unbiased, non-judgmental environment that promotes positive, long-lasting growth.
We identify each client's unique strengths to develop a meaningful path forward.

We all experience periods of difficulty, whether caused by family conflict, marital strains, loss of direction, or other daily struggles. Those feelings of sadness, anxiety, or being overwhelmed can cause strain on relationships and daily functioning.

Participating in counseling allows you to learn effective coping skills to manage the symptoms you are experiencing and receive relief.

Teletherapy

Engaging in therapy can be extremely beneficial in working through any concerns, both long term, and circumstantial. However, there are often barriers that inhibit us from engaging in therapy due to time constraints, transportation, or other obligations. Teletherapy is a great way to engage in meaningful therapeutic practices from the comfort of your own space. No driving, no check-in at an office, but still great results! We offer Teletherapy that accommodates your busy schedule so that you are able to focus on your own growth, because you deserve it. However, Telehealth is not ideal for everyone. If you feel that you are, or could be in crisis, face-to-face counseling may be a better fit for you.

Call our office for a consultation, where we will discuss the risks and benefits of Teletherapy to determine if this is the best path forward for you!

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in wiring at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
